Hello, and welcome
A new home for short notes on building B2B software, product development and what design taught me along the way.

Hi, I'm Ali Sinan.
Until recently this site was a small 3D world you could explore with a joystick. It was fun to build, but it no longer said much about what I actually do. So I rebuilt it.
Most of my days now go into Yedikare Yazılım, where we build our own software. FiloKare, our fleet management platform, is live, and Syntopo is next. I'll share more about it soon.
I started out as an industrial designer, and I still work like one: watch how people actually get things done, find the step everyone quietly hates, and make it simpler. That's what these notes will be about: building B2B software in Türkiye, product decisions, the mistakes, and what I learn along the way.
Don't expect polished essays. Just short notes, written when there's something worth saying.
If any of it resonates, or you just want to say hello, my inbox is open: [email protected].
And if you came for the old 3D version, it still lives at /lab.
